WeCare DSN was founded in 2011 by parents of Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) children and formally registered as an independent organization in 2013.
WeCare DSN supports parents of deaf and hard-of-hearing children, deaf parents, individuals within the deaf community, and anyone seeking to learn about and support the deaf and hard-of-hearing population.
